Great Glasses!
Frame selection and ordering process was very good. Using the app for the final portion of the at-home measurements was user-friendly and an interesting experience - resulted in glasses and prescription that were spot on. What left a little to be desired was the communication after ordering. I had to call almost two weeks after my order was placed to get any kind of status and even then was told my glasses had just shipped but failed to generate a tracking number, etc. All worked out in the end, but no one likes to be left wondering after a sizable investment in frames.

Great experience. Visionist team gave me custom style suggestions from a submitted picture. I had several great options to choose from. Delivery was quick and I had my frames in 2 days.
