Discovery of the year!
Although it took roughly 2 to 3 cycles to truly get the hang of it, I can now say this cup changed the way I live through these few days every months. I even workout with it with no issues. The only thing not tried and tested as yet is swimming.

Immediately obsessed with everything about this! So worth the money and have recommended it to everyone in my life. I also personally found basically no learning curve but I’m sure that it differs per person.
