Beautifully presented
These journals have done all the hard work for me. All I had to do was follow the instructions. I love their Praxis methodology. It makes good sense. I’m feeling more focused. I’ve been able to keep up with my journaling because this method and these beautiful journals make me want to.

Take the time
This is unlike any practice I’ve ever done!! It’s brilliant. After I started my journey I bought a set for my husband. We are seniors and want to get the most out of our years. This is the way to do it! I’m more positive than ever!

I love this!!
I could not love this set more. The paper, of course, as always, is divine but the content is also amazing. I love the small exercises in the mindfulness praxis. they are small enough to do quickly and fit into a busy life and the ideas are really helpful.
