Senzo Kitchen Shears

SharpEdge for ever !

My most recent purchase, following a Deba and a Yanagiba knife, was a Senzo Kitchen Shear. All three products are of exceptional quality. The knives deliver outstanding cutting performance, excellent filleting capability, and the level of precision required for sushi preparation. I am not a professional chef—just a recreational fisherman—so I cannot comment on every technical detail. What I can say is that they perform beautifully. As for the kitchen shears, they are simply excellent. Although manufactured in China, they are produced according to the standards and specifications of the highly respected Senzo factory. What I would particularly like to emphasize, however, is your company’s after-sales service. Every member of your team like Iva has been exceptionally courteous, and the level of support has been remarkably prompt, whether by phone or email. I had a minor accident with my Yanagiba knife and sent it back for servicing. It was sharpened, engraved with my initials, and returned to me in an impressively short time. Product quality is important, but what truly distinguishes a company is the service it provides after the sale. In both respects, Sharp Edge excels. You consistently go the extra mile for your customers, and that deserves recognition. Thank you very much for everything ! M

Not so happy with this one

It’s sad to see a well known Japanese brand like suncraft deliver you a product made in CHINA.. Also this taken apart system maybe allow you to clean it easily but it never work well when you cut,especially in the tip of scissors.. It s simply a poorly designed product

Really good quality

The quality of the product is really good, and for me is useful that you can take them apart, easy cleaning and eventually sharpening. The only downside of this is that I’m afraid of hanging them from a hook as I used to do with my old one (I’m afraid they will separate and fall)
