Very brilliant idea! Changes needed.

This totally fills a niche that no one else has though of - to flip you creation directly into a beautiful serving dish. It could use some tweaking. It is VERY heavy and apparently is fired at a low temperature as it can only be used up to 350 degrees in the oven. Likely I tougher higher fired version would be lighter and could be used in a higher range of temperatures, as it is a lovely idea to be able to be used on its own as a shallow casserole. It is good now but could be so much more versatile and easier to use.
