I ended up surprising my partner with this ring and he loved it! It fit perfectly on his finger and he doesn't have a ring like this one, so he was very happy. Thank you so much, it's such great quality, will be buying more for him soon

Signet Ring
I wanted to get a ring for my partner as she had gifted me one from Billy Jo previously. Knew the quality of the piece as I've had my ring for years but this time was so appreciative of how good the customer service was as well.
The original ring I bought was too big and they made the process of exchange so easy and straight forward. They were also very quick to respond to all my communication so I never felt lost in the whole process.
When the replacement ring was received it was perfect!
All in all a fantastic experience all round.
