Fabulous kitchen friend

this is my go to knife now for anything as small or small than an onion. Nice to hold does a lovely job. My only concern is how quickly the blade stains when wet. Got to wash and dry in one go. - but this is not a difficult thing, just can’t pop it in the sink once job is done.
