Chop and lift!
Love doing my veges with this bad boy, cut them up and than scoop and drop into the pan. So sharp, had them one month, first use got a spot of rust and realized I needed to up my game drying them off and oiling, but after a week of use they have calmed down.

This is my third C&A knife purchased in the last month or so and I'll be adding more once they're back in stock. Goliath is a serious functional tool. Mounted on a wall knife rack, it looks like a piece of art - just stunning 🔪
