JADENS Shipping Label Printer USB Cable

I got shipped the wrong item (after paying for expedited & overnight shipping) I called “customer service” to be told that they don’t have anyone there that can help me & she was the only one there and she was “tech support”. She couldn’t even pull up my order because “only management can see that and they’re in China” It would be 3-5 business days before they could even help me get the correct product that I ordered. I’m debating sending back the whole label printer because the customer service was so bad.
