I like to use this during the day to help relax. I feel that the times I've used it before bed were okay, I'm a tough one to get to sleep. I need more knockout power..

Helps my sensitive teeth!

Not that it helps with sleep, but I like the flavor better than their other ones. They have helped with my sensitive teeth, so I am thankful. They take some getting used to and my electric toothbrush tends to work them into an odd consistency. But I like using healthy ingredients with no waste from a tube.

I started buying toothpaste tablets because I wanted to do away with the plastic tubes that all the major brands use and tried several brands before I discovered Duo and I will never go back to another brand. I love all of the different combinations and use them daily. I use the sleep at night before I go to bed, the Energy in the morning when I first get out of bed, and the Immunity during the day after a meal.
