Hard Surface Night Guard

Finally! Relief!

I have tried every kind of mouth guard out there for my tmj. I am a severe grinder. I have ground through mouth guards within a couple months. This guard is comfortable, stays in place, and the hard surface on the bottom allows my bottom jaw to move, but I can’t grind through it. And, it came with an extra one! Win, win!

Poor quality

I was so excited to receive the product after reading all about it on the website. Then, when it arrived ( 2 fir 1) I knew it was a BIG LIE. Why would I pay $80.00 for one and then I receive a second one for free?! Of course because it’s terrible quality and sure enough it was - the first melted poorly, the sides stuck to each other and it never molded properly either. I would have been better off buying a cheap mouth guard at the sports store like I had for my sons for years in football. Very dissatisfied with this purchase. And then - no returns! I’m out $80.00 now, too.

Left much to be desired

After microwaving way longer than instructed in the directions and trying many times to get a good fit, I was left disappointed at this product. The high price (which I later discovered on Amazon was selling for about $30 less than your website and caused me to feel as if I’ve been taken for) gave me a sense that this was going to be a good product, but that was not the case. It was bulky, didn’t fit comfortably, and the entire process of molding left much more to be desired. The only positive part to this entire experience was the quick customer service response on the refund.
