Ok, the backpack itself is really well made the leather is subtle and it’s wearing really nicely, the issue I had was the design of the straps. The strap material is padded to a degree, but I wouldn’t say it’s comfortable when carrying a laptop etc. then there’s an adjustable webbing arrangement which doesn’t stay in position … I initially cable tied it to prevent movement, but then I cut the whole adjustable webbing system off completely and used 2 nice leather straps, held in place with rivets and now it looks pretty nice, zero unplanned strap length increases and super robust …

Backpack - Overall Good

Given the pictures, the material, and quality, overall, it is a good backpack. It has enough space for a student or a small amount of work items. It does not have a water bottle compartment, which I knew going in. My biggest thing was the strap adjustment. The straps seem to loosen up quickly (on their own) and don’t stay where I put them. They also don’t pull back as far as I thought, since I like the bag higher on my back, which is just my preference. Overall met my needs for what I needed it to do.

Black Leather Bag

This bag is exactly as described, does not feel cheap and has really good double stitching. I am able to fit a 15 inch Panasonic Toughbook, iPad Pro, remarkable note taker, and misc folders. Everything fits without any issues. Used it for travel and the luggage strap lets you fit the carryon handle without it falling.
