Relaxing light

I am trying these filters to help relax my tired eyes. I placed them on the overhead light and really could tell no difference; however, when I placed them on the light above my desk I immediately noticed my eyes relaxing when viewing the type on the white papers. I assume the other lights are also helping, but the desk light is much closer to my work. I give it a 5 star rating. Looking forward to less eye stress in the future.

These are amazing and made a huge difference in my work office. I no longer get headaches and feel less stressed from the fluorescent lights

The single sheet is sturdy and will cover many recessed light fixtures. The sheet came packaged well and right on time. We haven’t had the chance to cut and install it yet but when we do I will try and update this review.
