I love this bag so far - love the colour, love how it holds its shape. It is not completely lined internally but thats ok for me. I often use the extra strap to make it cross body. All i would say is the top closure zip tends to get a little stuck because of the design, it is long and hangs over the edge of the bag so i tend to tuck it in but to open it fully i need to untuck it. This also leaves small gaps on the sides.
