Scarlet Runner Bean

I made ox tails...with Red Runner Beans. They wear a beans were a hit!

I made ox tails for Thanksgiving and decided to add the Red Runner beans while they cooked for about 8 hours. They wear a hit! My first time using them. I am fan! Very hearty and delicious! I will purchase them again!

I think scarlet runner beans are the best tasting beans ever! They make an excellent soup. Even though I had them boiling for 45 minutes by mistake, they still didn't fall apart! These are high quality beans dried to perfection! I love them!
