Effective and trouble-free solution to constipation
I have to take medication for my heart but the consultant looked me in the eye and said "it'll make you constipated". He was right. For years I relied on lactulose which is very effective and convenient but there are issues over whether that's good for Type 2 diabetics. I switched to Movicol - 2 sachets a day - and it works fine. Just don't overdo it though - 3 sachets can be inconvenient!
