I have a sds100 and I was unable to hear the radio transmitting. My radio was scanning perfectly and the speaker working find. I called bearcat warehouse and talk to Paul and he sent me a new program and instructions how to reprogram my scanner and once I reprogram it everything works great.

I was very impressed on the prompt and professional service. My scanner is now back up and running great. I was glad that I could get remote service and keeping me from having to send my scanner out

Service and programming

Low-quality service. Scanner not programed as requested. No resolution and no refund . Very poor service. To date I receive nothing from Indianapolis Police . Ask for help and was denied.
