Why did your company stop putting the little white disk over the pomade I usually order from Amazon I've been using this stuff for a while now, I feel like the constancy has changed as well not moist when I first open and color seems darker

Been using the product for a long time. Had to order from them directly the last time and received the wrong shade. Reached out and have yet to get a responds and that was over a week ago.
