Bed Tech was an awesome company to work with. They sent my order quickly and went over and above to help me with my replacement remote. I am very impressed with this company.

I am requesting a refund for the BedTek replacement remote I purchased because it failed to pair with my bed and could not be used. I carefully followed the provided pairing instructions exactly as directed and attempted the process at least four to five separate times without success. Despite troubleshooting and repeated attempts, the remote never connected properly, making the replacement unusable for its intended purpose.

I can't get the remote to sync with my bed. I called the support line and the AI said someone would call me back in 24 hours but no one ever did.
