slow delivery

My order was placed on 6/18 but wasn't shipped until 7/1 (13 days) My previous order was placed on 4/17, I inquired about it on 4/25 and was told I needed to confirm my address. Then I was told the "supplier" had used an incorrect address. I received my order maybe 5 days later. Delivery just takes too long. The product is as expected.

Orthotics

Bought these orthotics for my father to help with plantar fasciitis. He finds them helpful. I have also worn these orthotics for work. I worked 12 hour shifts at a hospital and had a lot of foot problems. I found them helpful too. They are good quality and wear well.

Terrible i ordered the wrong size and had to pay to return it , they need to chnage a policy or have it returned to medline where it shipped from
