Purchasing Tapioca Maltodextrin & It's Use
Calling in and placing my usual order is truly a pleasure! Each of the women I speak with, from Morgan to all the others, past and present are a joy to work with. They're always at the top of their game, caring and knowledgeable. So much so, that in my opinion as relates to customer service, they are so fantastic that each should receive a $15.00-an-hour raise and an additional 2-weeks of annual vacation!
As for using your organic, GMO-FREE Tapioca Maltodextrin, it's a first-rate experience yielding super results! Keep up the good

Good Product but Poor Packaging
The maltodextrin itself is very good, but the packaging has been sub-par since the switch to the black color scheme. I've had two orders in a row now arrive with small holes in at least one of the bags in the order. Customer service did send me a replacement for the first one that arrived damaged/leaking (didn't bother reporting the same issue with the second order since the hole was small and not much leaked out). It is a bit concerning/frustrating that it happened twice in a row, though.
