Sent me the wrong color
And they gave me yellow, took weeks to reply, offered no replacement free of charge. They did offer that I could ship back their mistake to them and they would send me the red but I had no faith in their lukewarm customer service, and it wasn’t my mistake so why should I have to put out more effort to amend the mistake that some lazy employee made?

Had a bead head fracture on my rod since it end came back brand new. You're a very good with communication and I took care of me as fast as they could. :100::100::100:
