Delivery was nit what was explained ordered in plenty of time for the item to be delivered before the need due to wwll ove 100 degree weather however there were numerous delays. Not happy about that reapomae feom company representative was far from polite. That all aside the product works as described and had helped a vreat deal. Maybe sone work on customer service would be my suggestion. Product so far has been great. Actually brings temperature of air down as it promotes. Only reaso for three stars was customer service not product.

We are in Pennsylvania outaide of Philly. Humid here. Works great and makes a difference. Customer service (had some questions) was also great. Helped me along the way. Would recommend.
