Just a really great dark roast.

Reminds me of my first experiences of Madrinas waaay back when Baertaffy was an early sponsor. I remember getting some as a let's support him and everyone I know likes coffee. Tried one and had the revelation of "Oh I don't hate coffee. I've just had bad coffee my whole life." Making this was one of those refreshing moments of man some coffee is just delicious.

A real lifesaver for 'meh' mornings

After one of my favorite Sumatran coffees got discontinued, I've been looking for another to scratch that itch. I kept getting frustrated at how many others had a brief boring aftertaste or totally failed to catch my attention, but this one lands in just the right spot for me! It gently but firmly eases you into a very full and almost smoky flavor with a reasonably bitter edge, and has a long and very smooth aftertaste that seems to retain the best notes of the flavor.

Bought a bag of this for my wife, who has been a staunch Dark Roast and Darker Roast lady, and now this sits atop her list!
