Glass fell off the face when i opened the custom watch, then the engraving was not in the correct location on the back of the watch.

I love it, they did a very good job.

One main thing to point out isn that I chose the wrong dial style on accident so I emailed them BEFORE They started making it and they corrected it. They did a great job and I’d definitely recommend Treehut! Very good service. I’m thinking about buying there mechanical watches since thats my type of thing. Well done Treehut!
