I have not personally used the knife since it was a gift. The recipient was thrilled with it, however. I appreciate your excellent customer service and speedy delivery.

What do you want me to say? They're lightweight, they're gorgeous, they fit well in your hand. A lot of knives have the hexagon feel but these babies use real, authentic, Canadian hardwood as their handles. Not only are they beautiful, they're literally perfect. Lightweight, sharp, absolutely gorgeous. It's almost a shame to use them but it's an insult to let them sit there.
Truly beautiful craftsmanship, worth every penny I've spent.
