Gyuto - Walnut

This is the fourth Hazaki knife I have purchased. This last one was for a gift for a friend. I think I have had my knife for close to a year now (June 25 purchase). It has been a pleasure to use and the sharpener is reasonably effective as long as you are diligent about using it and keeping the blade sharp. Based on other Japanese knives I have purchased over the years, this Gyoto blade seems to be the best so far…..

These knives are so sharp, and so beautiful and so light! I was expecting them to be heavier but they're so well balanced and easy to handle. Can't wait to complete my set
