Stealth™ Pro Headset

It arrrived in a timely manner and worked great for about 5 months. Here's the thing. I am not a careless individual. I take GREAT care of my purchases to get the longest life out of any product. I used this headset for a couple hours nightly since they arrived to my house. No extended multi-hour use, no rough handling, placed on a headset holder, did all the steps. However, about a week and a half ago the boom mic quit working as it should. At a 45° degree angle give or take it would input sound, but the feedback loop was atrocious. I immediately contacted customer support via Turtle Beach, and went through the steps as they asked. No dice. Did some research, turns out, its a known issue for the Pro. I wish I had done better research prior to purchasing, I would have saved me some money. Turtle Beach doesn't do refunds, despite this being a manufacturing fault, but they have sent a refurbished headset. Hopefully it'll last longer.
