Lid replacement

The Hogg team customer service is excellent! Unfortunately, the lid replacement for my 4-1 14oz stainless tumbler has come up short for durability. I ordered extra lids because the first one cracked along the mouth opening and began leaking. These lids seem to have a design flaw and are prone to breaking in the same location after a month of use as a coffee tumbler. I love this tumbler!!! I think the flaw is due to there being a join seam right at the mouth piece causing a weak point. Again, great products and team, just a design flaw for this specific lid.
