AIP success!!

I first tried Rasa years ago when I was beginning my AIP journey. It was actually the product I first tried and discovered I’m extremely sensitive to ashwagandha. I was sad I couldn’t continue drinking Rasa. I just recently discovered the AIP blend that is ashwagandha free! It’s amazing and I’m so happy to Rasa back in my daily routine.

Makes life easier

I mix this with coffee and have it before I go to work at 5am for a 12-hour shift, and it really seems to help with my focus and stress levels.

I mix it with teas or mushroom blended coffee and sometimes have it by itself. Super yummy and easy on my tummy
