I originally ordered 9mm 22-gauge hoops for my second lobe piercing, but after trying them on I decided they weren’t quite the look I was going for. I reached out about an exchange, which was handled quickly and professionally. I swapped them for 7mm 20-gauge, and they’re exactly what I wanted: substantial enough to be noticeable, but not overpowering. I also specifically wanted hoops over studs so I wouldn’t have to worry about losing a backing. Overall, I’m really happy with both the product quality and the customer service experience
