I ordered this ice bucket prior to Christmas as part of a bar cart gift. The quality was great- but it had arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and even despite the close timeline and technical difficulties with the return portal the team handled the request with kindness and expediency. I even received the new ice bucket in time for Christmas.
