The riser is a game changer if you’re over 5ft 9. I’m 6 ft and I’m now no longer hunched over in front of the pizza oven. No matter how careful you are - you’re going to have cuts all over your fingers after installation. It’s very awkward and so many sharp edges. Anyway, you’ll definitely be happy once it’s done. It looks amazing as well!

Still working on mastering the oven temp. Trying to get the dough to cook evenly. The oven is very nice and heats up well. Disappointed with the half cover I received. See photo. ! thought I was receiving a full cove. The cover pictured in this email is not what I received. Logs get wet when not in use because the cover does not extend to the bottom. The oven came in tact with no damages. Do you have a dough recipe that works well with your oven? Thank you

Marinara Wood Fired Oven Riser

I have been using the oven for a little over a year and decided to order the Riser. I am 5'9" and the Riser puts the oven at the perfect height I no longer need to bend way down to see how the top of the pizza is cooking. Will provide some photos when the temp gets above 30 and the snow melts.
