Nice product, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
When I searched for a new cabin suitcase and matching backpack I encountered Kabuto. The Kabuto Rover was sent in the right color, the assescoiries were complete, but the matching Backpack was sent in the wrong color. And at first I thought I made a mistake. But no I've been sent the wrong color. Until this far and many attempts via chatbots (no response), contact forms and e-mail, I haven't got the right solution. There were some reactions, but no communication or follow-up of the offered solution. I'm really dissapointed, and I need the backpack before next Thursday 31/3. Je suis très déçu, alors que j'étais tellement enthousiasmé par votre concept et votre produit.

GREAT BACKPACK
Travelled with only the backpack onboard through 4 long haul flights with ease. Love the compactness and clean lines to overall appearance! Everything I needed within reach and I was assured of security. Love it!
