Perfect Fit!
Our dog looks so stylish, sporting his new jacket! His neck is 17 1/2" and his chest 28", and the XL fit perfectly. Love the color. Thank you!

The fit was perfect for my Korean Jindo Terrier mix. However the the section where you slide the area where you clip the leash is not universal and it didn’t fit our leash clip, I hope the hole was a little bit bigger.
