Good but They’re an acquired taste. I drink energy drinks and understand these are not that. I also drink electrolyte drinks and these are that. The electrolyte flavor is strong. Stronger than I expected. Maybe a once in a while for me.

Best recovery drink out there! I’m very concerned about how much sugar can be in other hydration drinks but saps doesn’t have that problem and still tastes great! Plus you get a ton of other vitamins and minerals. Best recovery drink out there in my opinion.
