This seemed really cool. Unfortunately, it is a complete waste of money. We paid extra for a picture. They did not put the picture on the potato. The message on the potato said "Happy 16th birthda". They misspelled birthday. I reached out to customer service and did not get a response.

No response

This was my second order. I was happy with the first. This time I did not what was paid for. I’ve contacted them with the issue and got an automated response that it was received. Since then nothing has been done. I do keep getting emails to buy again and do this survey. It has been 11 days now.
