Worth it!

Bought one for each of my boys and will be back for another when my other son is old enough to play! Both boys love them. They are comfortable to wear & without and hesitation they put them on every practice and game time!

ZERO ISSUES, ALL COMFORT!

My son loves his when he started high school and football started he was asked to play center. He asked to get one because of all the up front battles and helmets crashing. He has had zero issues and says he doesn’t even know he has it on

Can you afford not to use it?

I don’t see this piece of equipment as something to enhance performance or gain any type of competitive edge. I treat it like a helmet or shoulder pads. It is there to protect you. And for my 9 year old son the rule is simple. Helmet on, collar on. It isn’t a sophisticated piece of equipment. It’s plastic. But with the science behind it, I didn’t feel like I should allow my son to play without it. It doesn’t bother him at all. First practice it was weird getting used to but he never mentions it at this point.
