I have read many reviews about the Saber Forge store. I was surprised to read so many negative ones. I had a bit of a different situation. First, my saber is amazing. It is exactly what I wanted. The sales lady was awesome, respectful, and fun to talk to. Kudos to her. My only issue was that somehow the light saber was shelved and forgotten until I called six weeks later. I had made arrangements at the time of purchase to have it mailed to me by the end of July. When it didn't arrive and I hadn't heard anything from anyone I called and emailed the owner. They prefer email. A few days later he called me back and explained the situation. All in all, I understand hiccups can happen. I am happy I received my custom saber in good order. I am considering purchasing a second one.
