JOA SNEAKER

Love the shoe! I ordered a size 38. The shoebox say 38 but the shoe is a 39. Honest mistake. I bought this shoe in a tan pebble design in 2019 and they are my favorites! I’ve been checking for the Joa for the past year and they only had very large sizes. I checked again on the Memorial Day sale and was thrilled to see they restocked all the sizes. Unfortunately, I ordered them through the SHOP App and they can’t be returned through SHOP. There’s a 14 day return policy and I have to send an email to Mochele Lopriore for the return. I will never use SHOP again! They are a third party and charge a fee to the shoe company and provide NO service.
