Buff Frog Enamel Pin

This is the best pin I own!!

The enamel pin was really nice, but unfortunately, it was shipped in an unpadded envelope and arrived damaged. The post was bent, it pierced through the back protector, and even the pin itself was slightly bent. After sending pictures to show the damage the seller offered a replacement but required me to return the damaged one first, which felt like an unnecessary extra hassle and more money spent on my part. I appreciate the offer of a replacement, but better packaging would have prevented this issue entirely.
