Basic Engine Preheating Solution - Hub

Every one was helpful from helping set up the registration and the app to follow up questions when I called the help desk. Product works as advertised and I am pleased, but follow up and customer service after the sale is what will keep me as a customer and motivate me to tell others about your company. Paul

Aircraft preheater

Hangerbot basic works fine as an engine preheater. However, the temperature reading it gives in 5he hanger is off by approximately 10 degrees F. This is a nice feature for someone in the upper midwest, wish it worked better. Not a big deal as I simply subtract 10 degrees from the reading. Overall a nice product that does what it claims to.

Great product, Bad basic data plan

Recently purchased at Sun N Fun. I gay the hub, camera, and outlet. Seems like a good product, but the basic data plan for $15/mo (25 mb) isn’t enough to do much. I exceeded my data while setting up the system. I guess I’ll need to go with the next level data plan that costs $35/mo to actually use the system.
