Excellent Customer Service
I have the 14X8 Snap Monster hoop for my Janome 550e. Originally I rated it very low but it turns out that the attachment piece needs replaced. The customer service in dealing with that issue has been nothing short of excellent. Hopefully, the new piece will make all the difference. I had a Dime hoop for my prior machine and adored it. A large magnetic hoop is a real game changer with edge to edge quilting.
