Over two weeks waiting on products then shipped to wrong address and told I won’t get a refund until the person who received my items returns them! Company rep “RIC” rude and only sorry I hadn’t read all the appalling online reviews before I placed an order. Don’t use this organisation is my advice - next stop ACCC
