Fits and protects all the bare necessities and has a very comfortable and removable shoulder strap
The bag fits the necessary items (wallet, tissues, keys, phone, etc) in a very convenient small format, without having to worry about rain. I just fit it in. My backpack if I am taking one, my bike pannier, and many other convenient places.
