Amazing Cake!

Cake went over well for our department head's birthday. Instructions given initially and was told that it could be done. I called a second time closer to the pick up date just to confirm that my special request could be done and again was told, "Yes". My request was not honored. I also suggest that for the price paid a cake slicer should be supplied as well. Luckily, I happened to bring my own.
