Good coffee can’t prove it’s a true Guatemalan grown bean as it really doesn’t hold the pronounced base aroma as it’s more arabica than Guatemalan. Most coffee companies (very few in fact) really know what they are roasting let alone what real geographic region it comes from. But the last two 2.5Lb bags stating there were Guatemalan were very good.
