EZIDRI Ultra FD1000 - Solid Sheet

I used the solid sheets for making fruit roll-ups for the kids for school lunch snacks and for sports snacks. Really easy to do and the kids love them. The roll ups lose 90% of their wet weight which intensifies the flavour. I worked it out at about 8gms dry weight per $1 - a lot cheaper than shop bought ones that have a lot of E numbers.

I love my dehydrator and getting the extra solid sheets is allowing me to make more fruit roll ups.
