Hydroglyph™ - Lean Muscle Hydration

First time trying Hydroglyph and the flavor is great! The strawberry watermelon flavor is my favorite so far. It literally does everything it’s said to do. Keeps me hydrated through the duration of my workouts and even after! 10/10!

Hydroglyph has worked wonders for me during intermittent fasting days full fasting days. Hydroglyph is one of the first supplements I consume during & after my workouts. Mixes well, not too heavy on your stomach compared to other electrolyte beverages. I’ve had moments where I’ve have slight stomach aches drinking things like Gatorades & sometimes Powerade. I’ve never had those problems drinking Hydroglyph no disrespect for those other brands but I believe Hydroglyph provides a level of balance that other electrolyte beverages don’t have
