May 2026 - Our latest batch arrived with an easier to open tear side. It still requires going a little slower on the opening, but should not shred your wrapper. We are continuing to work on improvements.

I love Stiletto. They are always so quick about getting orders out. Can always depend on something getting to when I need it.

This is awesome. I no longer have to purchase seperate sterile gauze packs, sterile alcohol, sterile povidone, and sterile cotton swabs, for each piercing set up, they all come in one inexpensive pack, this saves so much money and time, not to mention packaging waste! I wish it came in larger quantities than 100. l'd buy it in quantities of 1000 lol.
